Maybach launched its China-designed Mercedes to include chauffeur-friendly features

The German specialist bodyshop has launched an even more spacious offering to cater to Chinese consumers’ tastes.

The wheelbase is a full 20cm longer than the long-wheelbase S class, which also gives those sitting in the rear seats additional legroom.

Mercedes-Benz is also boasting that the rear seat is the quietest of any limousine in the world. Daimler is also introducing the Mercedes-Maybach S400 4MATIC with a 3.0L V6 engine and rear wheel drive in a bid to capture more of the growing luxury market.

Other features include a glass panoramic “Magic Sky Control” sunroof that can shift between light and dark tints, and also roller blind for the rear window.

If the super quiet, spacious, wood-trim and leather seats are not luxury enough for some, there is also an option to have an extravagant hot-stone massage setting too.
