Ann Oglesby will become the new General Manager of Phillips 66 Lubricants.

The new woman at the helm was previously Phillips 66’s Vice President, Communications and Public Affairs, having held the same role in ConocoPhillips since 2010 before the spin-off.
With a degree in chemical engineering, Oglesby also brings 25 years'-worth of experience in the oil industry. In ConocoPhillips alone, her roles have included work in:
- Corporate Planning & Strategy
- Climate Change and Sustainable Development
- Specialty Products
- Emerging Technology
Oglesby's oil industry career began with Mobil Corp. where she served in various engineering, supply, business development and planning positions focused on petrochemicals.
She currently holds a position as the Phillips 66 executive liaison for Oklahoma State University - her own alumnus - and is also a member of the executive advisory council for the Women’s Energy Network.
