ExxonMobil is set to consolidate is marketing and lubes divisions in 2012.
The new structure will see ExxonMobil Fuels and Marketing Co. being merged with the company's Lubricants and Petroleum Specialities Co. The new division will be called ExxonMobil Fuels, Lubricants and Specialities Marketing Co.
The move, which is likely to be completed in February 2012, will also see the current President of the Lubes and Petroleum division, Alan Kelly, stepping into the presidential role of the new division, following the retirement of Fuels Marketing boss, Harold R. Cramer.
The highly experienced Kelly, who has been with ExxonMobil for thirty years, will add Fuels Marketing to his portfolio at a time when the operation handles Exxon, Mobil and Esso brands including 42,000 fuel stations plus air and sea ports across 118 countries.
